Hey!

You wanted me to write you a critique for this image. As I tell everyone; don't mind the star-ratings, they aren't informative.

Photographically:

When looking at a scene like this my first thought will be; "is there something interesting to behold in the foreground or background?"
An interesting foreground can be a silhouette of the fisherman in the boat and a interesting background can be the silhouette of an island or something similar.
The reason I'm saying this is because when you're out there photographing you're doing it because you think scenery has something to it, this is where your "job" as photographer starts, you have to figure out how to make this as interesting as you want it to be. Silhouettes is often used for this when it comes to a sunset.
When it comes to your composition you've divided the image good - you've got approx 1 third of ocean and the sky is 2 thirds (and rightfully so in this case).
1/80s is the shutterspeed here. To make the image as sharp as possible I would recommend a tripod or something steady. Normally 1/60s is the magical handheld number, but that's to get a decent picture. To get the best possible a tripod is more or less always recommended.

Post-processing:

I would probably want to increase the exposure value here by something like 1 full stop, the reason to this is that it becomes overall brighter and you give the viewer an easier chance to see the fisherman in his boat. This is important, so you'll be able to tell a more detailed story with your image.
I would also consider giving the sky alone something like +0,5 exposure extra, to make the ocean and the sky separate more.

Overall it's obvious what you're saying with this image. A few adjustment would underline this.

Hope this was helpful <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
